Harvest

Harvesting is the first step while our team values your love for chocolate and transforms the seeds into dreamy treats. Grown and nurtured with sustainable farming methods in the equatorial region, your path to true taste begins by manually harvesting the pods to prevent any damage to the tree. Once harvested, we separate the seeds and move them to the fermentation to develop flavors and aroma.


Bean selection

To ensure good quality production, we effectively separate the cacao beans, eliminating the flat, mould, partially germinated, broken beans and other foreign particles. We only use fully grown and completely fermented, dried cacao beans for chocolate production, enabling you to indulge in the taste of nature.



Roast and winnow

Brimming with chocolate passion, we gently roast the beans, creating one of the delectable aromas, which is an essential determinant of the flavor. This makes the pods’ shells brittle and thin, allowing easy extraction of the cacao nibs and making them into lovely chocolate. 


Grind and Conche

Now, it's time for some magic! The cacao nibs are stone grounded into a thick paste, called cocoa mass, made with cocoa butter and cocoa solids. During the conching process, the acidity is removed completely and the real flavor notes of cacao emerges. This gives the chocolate the excellent final texture and divine flavor it needs.

Temper and Mould

To ensure that the chocolate has the shine and shape you love, it is heated and cooled to get the perfect crystal structure. Now, the tempered chocolate is all-set to be poured into molds and let set over time. This will impart the chocolate with an impeccably glossy finish, shaping your sweet treat with unique and artful designs.




Hand Wrap

And now, finally, the much-awaited delicacy is born to scintillate your senses. The solidified  chocolate is  all ready to be wrapped into the top-quality and impressively quirky packaging. Once packed, it will reach the markets and will be delivered to the doorsteps of our valuable and eager customers all over the world.
